 Maintenance & Warranty procedures :

    Understanding wood characteristics and suitable treatments are always important issues in helping customers to extend long-lasting products. Products should normally be kept in a dry place, always be left on flat surface with four legs touching the ground when sit, fold and unfold chairs with care.

    

 

      During uses process, products may be faded by time, at this stage, please use soft sandpaper # 320 to gently rub then apply a preserving oil to the surface, your products will remain new as original.
      In addition, when purchasing our products, customers will have one-year warranty from the date of purchasing cause by technical problems, wood quality as well as high moisture causing products curve.  Warranty will not be applied to the following cases:
          1. Overusing or using products against its normal purpose.
          2. Natural disaster or other causes out of the company control.
          3 Color faded during using process.
